Does turf get too hot?
It can warm up in strong direct sun, and a quick rinse cools it right down — we can also recommend cooler infill options. The installer will go over what works best for your yard.
My existing turf is wrinkled, lifting, or worn — can you fix it?
Yes, we repair and re-seam turf and refresh infill — the installer will take a look and give you the exact price to get it right.
How do you install it — what's the base?
We prep a proper compacted base for drainage, lay and seam the turf, secure the edges, and brush in infill — the installer will walk you through the whole process on site.
Is it low maintenance / do I still have to do anything?
It's very low maintenance — no mowing or watering; just occasional brushing and rinsing, more often for pet areas. The installer can give you simple care tips.
Do you do commercial / large projects?
Yes, we handle commercial, HOA, sports, and playground projects as well as home yards — just let us know the scope and we'll measure and quote it.
