The initial consultation is free — we learn what you want and your space, then provide a plan and the exact price. A detailed design package for a big project may have a fee we'd confirm first.
How much does an AV system cost?
It depends entirely on the scope and the equipment you choose, so the consultant tailors a plan to your goals and budget and gives you the exact price up front.
I'm building / remodeling — should I do AV now?
Yes — the best time to plan AV is before the walls are closed up, so wiring can be run cleanly. Let's get a consultant out soon so we don't miss that window.
Do you design home theaters?
Absolutely — we design home theaters from the room and acoustics to the screen, speakers, and seating. The consultant will go over your space and vision.
Can you do music throughout the house?
Yes — we design whole-home audio so you can play music in any room from your phone or a keypad. The consultant will map out the zones with you.
Do you do smart home / automation?
Yes, we plan and integrate smart-home control so lighting, AV, and more work together simply. The consultant will design it around how you actually live.
Do you do business / conference room AV?

My system is a mess / too complicated — can you fix it?

Can you calibrate my TV or theater?
Yes, we do professional calibration so your picture and sound are accurate. The consultant will go over what your system needs and the exact price.
Do you help pick the equipment / brands?
Yes — we're vendor-neutral and help you choose the right gear for your goals and budget, including quality brands not sold in stores. The consultant will guide you.
Do you handle the network / WiFi for it?
Yes — a solid network is the foundation of modern AV and smart homes, so we design and set that up too. The consultant will make sure it's rock-solid.
Do you do the installation or just the design?
We do both — design the system and manage or perform the installation. The consultant will explain exactly how your project would run.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your address and set up a consultation.
Do you offer financing?
Good question — we sometimes have options for larger projects; let me have the office confirm the current financing and go over it with you.
⚠️ Safety first
- Heavy TV or display mounted where kids could pull it over: Good thing to keep in mind — a large display should be securely mounted or anchored so it can't tip. When we design the install, we make sure it's mounted safely and solid.
- Caller wants to run line-voltage electrical themselves: For anything tied into your home's power wiring, that should be done by a licensed electrician — we design around that and coordinate it. It keeps everything safe and to code.
- Old wiring or a warm/buzzing piece of gear: If any equipment is unusually hot, smoking, or buzzing, please power it off and unplug it for now. Once it's safe, the consultant can look at the setup and go over the plan.
- Smart-home privacy or security concern: That's a smart question — the consultant will design the network and devices with your privacy and security in mind and explain how it's set up. It's part of doing it right.

- Fine-tuning the picture and sound with instruments so they're accurate, not just bright and loud.

- A system that lets different rooms play the same or different music, controlled from an app or keypads.
- Control system
- A platform (like Control4, Crestron, or a universal remote) that runs the whole system from one simple interface.
- Acoustic treatment
- Panels and materials that tame reflections and bass so a room actually sounds good.
