Do you charge for a design consultation / estimate?
The design consultation is completely free — a designer comes out, measures, shows you options, and gives you the exact price before anything is built.
How much does a custom closet cost?
It really depends on the size of the space, the materials, and the accessories you want, so the designer measures on site and gives you an exact price up front — and the visit is free.
How soon can you come out / how long does it take?
We schedule design visits quickly, and once your design and materials are set the install is usually just a day or two — we'll give you a clear timeline at the visit.
Do you design walk-in closets?
Absolutely — walk-ins are one of our favorites. The designer will lay it out around how you want to use it and show you a 3D design before anything's built.
Can you organize a reach-in / small closet?
Yes — we design reach-in and smaller closets all the time, making the most of the space you have. The design visit is free.
Do you do garage storage systems?
We do — cabinets, overhead racks, wall systems, the works. The designer will look at your garage and put together a plan and exact price for free.
Do you do pantries, laundry rooms, or mudrooms?
Yes — pantries, laundry rooms, mudrooms, home offices, we design storage for all of them. Just let me know which space and we'll set up a visit.
My shelf or closet rod fell / pulled out of the wall
I'm sorry, that's frustrating — please don't reload it, and keep kids and pets clear if it's still up. We'll get someone out to put it back solid and anchored the right way.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of finishes and materials, from laminates to wood looks, and the designer will bring samples so you can see and feel the options in your space.
Can I see a design before I commit?
Yes — the designer creates a design so you can see exactly how it'll look and works out the price before you commit to anything.
Do you offer financing or payment options?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
What's your warranty or guarantee?
We stand behind our work — the designer will go over the exact warranty on the materials and installation when you meet.
Do you do commercial or business spaces?
Yes — we handle commercial and office storage as well as homes. Tell me about the space and we'll set up a visit.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your address and get a designer scheduled to come take a look.
⚠️ Safety first
- A loaded shelf or closet system pulled out of the wall and is hanging or could fall: Let's keep everyone safe first — please keep kids and pets clear of it, and don't put any more weight on it. If anything's about to come down, take what you can off it gently and we'll get someone out to secure it right.
- Someone was hurt when a shelf or unit came down: If anyone is hurt, please take care of that first and call 911 if it's serious — your safety comes first, and we'll take care of the closet once everyone's okay.
- Heavy unit is tipping and a child could climb or pull it: Please move the kids away from it for now and don't let anyone lean on it — we'll get a technician out to anchor it safely as a priority.

- A standard shallow closet you reach into from the front, usually with a door opening.
- Walk-in closet
- A room-sized closet you step into, with systems on multiple walls.
- Floating / wall-hung system
- A closet system hung on a wall rail so the floor stays open underneath for easy cleaning.
- Double hang
- Two rods stacked so you can hang shirts above pants and fit more in the same space.
- Melamine / laminate
- The durable engineered-panel material most closet systems are built from.
- Wire shelving
- Ventilated coated-wire shelving, a budget-friendly option common in utility spaces.
