Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for a consultation / estimate?
The first consultation is free — we learn what you're planning, look at the site or plans, and give you a clear, detailed estimate before any commitment.
How much will my project cost?
It really depends on the scope, the finishes, and the site, so we price from your actual plans and give you a clear detailed estimate — it's not something anyone can pin down accurately over the phone.
How long will it take?
Every project is different, so we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your scope and site when we meet — we'd rather be honest than throw out a number that won't hold.
Do you do commercial construction?
Yes — commercial builds, tenant build-outs, and renovations are a big part of what we do. Tell me about the space and your timeline and we'll set up a consultation.
Do you do residential builds and additions?
Absolutely — new homes, additions, and remodels. Let me know what you're picturing and we'll get a free consultation scheduled.
Do you handle remodels and renovations?
Yes — remodels and renovations are core work for us. The team will walk the space with you and give you a clear estimate for free.
Do you pull permits and handle plans?
We do — we coordinate permits, plans, and inspections as part of managing your project, and we'll walk you through what yours needs.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're licensed and insured, and we're happy to go over that with you at the consultation.
Can I make changes during the project?
Yes — we handle changes through a clear change-order process, so you always know the cost and how it affects the timeline before we proceed.
Do you do demolition or site clearing?
We do — demolition and site clearing, whether it's a structure coming down or prepping a site to build. Tell me about it and we'll come take a look.
What's your warranty / guarantee?
We stand behind our work with a warranty — the team will go over the exact terms with you based on your project.
Do you offer financing?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current financing and payment options and we'll go over them with you.
How do I get started?
The first step is easy — a free consultation where we learn what you want and walk you through the process. Let's get that on the calendar.
Do you work in my area?
We work locally in the area — let me note where your project is and we'll confirm we cover it and get you set up.
⚠️ Safety first
- Gas smell or active gas leak at a site or building: Please get everyone out and away without touching switches, and once you're outside call 911 or the gas company. Once it's safe, let us know and we'll follow up on our end.
- Sparking, arcing, or exposed live wires: Please keep everyone well back and don't touch anything near it — if you can safely reach the breaker, shut off power to that area, and call 911 or an electrician. We'll pick it up from there once it's safe.
- Something structural is sagging, cracking, or giving way: If any part of the structure looks like it's moving or could come down, please get everyone out of that area and keep them clear, and we'll get a team out to assess it as a priority.
- Hazard at an active job site — open excavation, equipment, kids nearby: Thanks for flagging it — please keep everyone, especially kids, away from the site for now, and we'll get our crew on it right away to make it safe.
