⚠️ Safety first
- A pane is cracked or shattered: Please keep children and pets well away from it, and don't try to pull the broken glass out yourself — it's very sharp. Our technician has the right tools and protection to remove and replace it safely.
- A window is smashed and the home is left insecure: Let's treat this as urgent — if you can safely cover the opening with board or heavy plastic to keep it secure for now, that helps, and we'll get a technician out to you as fast as we can.
- Someone was cut by broken glass: Please clean it and apply firm pressure, and if it's a deep cut call 911 — your safety comes first, and we'll take care of the glass and window.
- Broken glass on the floor with kids or pets around: Please keep everyone clear of the area and don't walk through it in bare feet — small shards spread out. Leave the cleanup and glass to our technician if you can.
