Do you charge for an estimate / to come out?
Estimates are completely free — our installer comes out, measures, checks the concrete, and gives you the exact price before any work.
How much for a garage floor / per square foot?
It depends on the size, the condition of the concrete, and the finish you pick, so the installer measures on site and gives you the exact price up front — and the estimate is free.
How long does it take / how soon can you do it?
Many garage floors are done in about a day or two, and we can usually come measure within a day or two — I'll find a time that works for you.
How long before I can walk or park on it?
It needs some cure time before you walk on it, and a bit longer before you park or set heavy things down — the installer will give you the exact timing for your floor.
Do you do flake / metallic / decorative finishes?
Yes — we do flake, solid color, and metallic decorative finishes, and the installer can show you samples so you can pick the look you want.
My old coating is peeling — can you fix it?
We can — the installer will look at what's going on with the old floor, prep it properly, and give you options and an exact price up front.
Do you grind the floor / how do you prep?
Yes — proper grinding and prep is what makes a coating last, and it's a standard part of how we do the floor.
What about oil stains, cracks, or pitting?
No problem — the installer will address stains, cracks, and pitting as part of the prep, and go over any of that with you before starting.
Is it slippery / can you make it non-slip?
A coated floor can be slick when wet, so we can add a non-slip additive — the installer will go over those options with you.
Will it turn yellow in the sun?
Good question — we use UV-stable topcoat systems to resist that, and the installer can recommend the best choice for a sunlit space.
Do you do basements / commercial / shops?
Yes, we coat basements, shops, and commercial floors as well as garages — just tell me a little about the space and we'll get you scheduled.
What's your warranty / guarantee?
We stand behind our work — the installer will go over the exact warranty and how long you can expect the floor to last.
