Do you charge for an estimate / consultation?
Estimates are free — we come out, look at the space, talk through what you want, and give you the exact price up front before any work.
How much does a patio / wall / project cost?
It really depends on the size, the materials, and the site, so we look at it and give you the exact price for free — it's not something we can pin down accurately over the phone.
How soon can you start?
We can usually get out to look and design pretty quickly, and we'll give you a realistic timeline right then — let's get your consultation on the calendar.
Do you build paver patios and walkways?
Yes — paver patios and walkways are one of our main things. We'll come look at the space and give you a free design and exact price.
Do you build retaining walls?
We do — retaining walls are a specialty. Since they hold back a lot of soil, we build them to last, and we'll go over the design and exact price on site.
My retaining wall is leaning / cracking
Let's get that looked at soon — please keep everyone away from below the wall for now, and we'll send someone out to assess it safely.
My pavers have sunk / gone uneven
We can fix that — the crew will look at what's going on underneath and go over the options to reset it, with the exact price up front.
Do you do fire pits / outdoor fireplaces / outdoor living?
Yes — fire pits, fireplaces, and full outdoor living spaces are some of our favorite projects. We'll talk through what you're picturing and price it for free.
Do you do driveways or concrete / stamped concrete?
We do — paver and concrete driveways, plus flatwork and stamped concrete. The crew will go over the material options and give you an exact quote.
Do you seal or repair existing pavers?
Yes — we seal and restore existing pavers and handle repairs, which keeps them looking good and locks out weeds. We'll give you a free price.
Do you handle drainage with the project?
Absolutely — good drainage is part of doing hardscape right, so we build the slope and any drainage into the project and go over it with you.
Do you do commercial projects?
Yes — we handle both residential and commercial hardscape projects. Just let us know the scope and we'll take a look.
Do I need a permit?
Some projects, especially taller walls, need a permit or engineering — our crew knows what your area requires and will walk you through it during the estimate.
What's your warranty / do you offer financing?
We stand behind our work and can go over financing options too — the crew will cover the exact warranty and any payment plans when they give you the estimate.
