Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for an estimate / to quote it?
Estimates are free — we take a quick look, in person or from a photo, and give you the exact price before we load anything.
How much to haul my stuff away?
Most hauling is priced by how much space it takes in the truck, so once we see how much there is we give you the exact price up front — no surprises.
Can you come today / same day?
We often do same-day hauling — let me check what we've got open and get you taken care of quickly.
Can you take one big item, like a couch or fridge?
Yes — single-item pickups are no problem. Just let us know what it is, and if it's a fridge or freezer we'll handle the refrigerant part properly.
Do you do full clean-outs / estate / foreclosure?
Absolutely — we do full clean-outs, from a garage to a whole house or estate, and we'll give you an exact price after a quick look.
Do you take construction / demo debris?
Yes — we haul construction and demolition debris. If there's heavy material like concrete, just let us know so we bring the right truck.
Do you haul or deliver dirt, gravel, or mulch?
We do — we can deliver or haul away dirt, gravel, mulch, and rock. Let us know roughly how much and we'll give you a free price.
Do you take yard waste / branches / storm debris?
Yes — yard waste, branches, and storm debris are all things we clear. We'll take a look and price it for you.
Is there anything you can't take?
We can take almost everything, but not hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, propane tanks, or asbestos — those need special disposal, and I can point you the right way for those.
Do you recycle or donate instead of just dumping?
We try to — we donate what's usable and recycle what we can, and only the rest goes to the dump. It's better all around.
Do you load a dumpster or do dump runs for me?
Yes — we can load a dumpster for you or haul it away, whatever's easiest. We'll go over the options and the price.
Do you do businesses / construction sites?
Yes — we work with homeowners, businesses, and job sites. Just let us know what's there and we'll take care of it.
Do I need to move everything out to the curb first?
Nope — our crew does the lifting and carrying, so you can leave it where it is and we'll handle getting it out.
⚠️ Safety first
- Caller mentions paint, chemicals, solvents, oil, pesticides, or asbestos: We're not able to take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, or asbestos — those need special disposal for safety. I can point you to the right facility for those, and we'll happily take everything else.
- Propane tanks, pressurized cylinders, or car batteries: We can't haul propane tanks, pressurized cylinders, or car batteries — they need special handling. I'll point you to where those can go, and we'll take the rest.
- A leaking chemical container or a gas/propane smell on site: Please keep everyone away from it and don't try to move it — if you smell gas or see it leaking, call your gas company or 911 first. We can come for the safe items once that's handled.
- Pile or structure that looks unstable / could shift on someone: Please keep people and kids away from that pile until our crew is there to handle it safely — we don't want anything shifting onto anyone.
