Yes — we do contractor and bulk pricing and can set you up with an account. Let us know what you typically buy and we'll get you taken care of.
Do you deliver or is it pickup only?
Both — you can pick up at the counter or we can deliver. Just let us know what works and where you need it.
Do you sell smart / Wi-Fi controllers?
We do — smart and Wi-Fi controllers that adjust to the weather and run from your phone, along with the sensors that go with them.
Do you carry drip irrigation supplies?
Yes — full drip supplies: tubing, emitters, filters, regulators, and fittings for beds, gardens, and pots. We'll help you put together what you need.
My sprinkler system isn't working right — can you tell me what's wrong?
We can definitely get you the right parts — for figuring out exactly what's going on, it's best to bring the part in or have an irrigation pro take a look, and we'll set you up from there.
Do you carry a specific brand?
We carry the major irrigation brands and their parts. Tell me what you're working with and I'll confirm we have what matches.
Do you sell pumps or help with low pressure?
Yes — we carry pumps and boosters. If you tell us your water source and setup, we'll help you get the right one; a pro can handle the wiring safely.
Do you sell backflow preventers / repair parts?
We do — backflow devices and rebuild kits. Just a note that they protect your drinking water and are usually installed or tested by a certified backflow tester.
Do you rent equipment like trenchers?
We offer some equipment rental — let me check what's available for your project and get you the details.
Do you carry winterizing / blowout supplies?
Yes — we carry the parts for winterizing and blowouts. Tell us your setup and we'll make sure you have what you need before the freeze.
Can I return a part if it's wrong?
In most cases yes — bring it back with your receipt and we'll help you exchange it for the right one. The counter will go over the details.
Where are you located / what are your hours?
I'll give you our location and hours — and if you tell me the part, we can have it ready at the counter when you get here.
⚠️ Safety first
- Caller plans to dig or trench for pipe: Before you dig, please call 811 first — it's free, and they'll mark your buried gas, power, and water lines so you don't hit one. Once it's marked, we'll have your pipe and fittings ready.
- Backflow preventer install or repair on the drinking-water supply: Happy to supply the part — just a heads up that backflow devices protect your drinking water and usually need to be installed or tested to code by a certified backflow tester. We can point you to one if you need it.
- Pump or controller wiring / electrical question: We can get you the right pump or controller — for the electrical hookup, especially on a bigger pump, it's safest to have a licensed pro wire it. We'll make sure you leave with the correct equipment.
- Hit or damaged a buried utility line while digging: Please stop, keep everyone away from the area, and if it's a gas or electric line get to a safe distance and call 911 and the utility right away — don't try to fix it yourself.
- Chemicals — fertilizer injectors or handling: For any fertilizer or chemical injection into the line, follow the product's label and keep it away from your drinking water — we'll get you the right injector and fittings, and a pro can help set it up safely.
Know the terms
- Zone / station
- One section of the sprinkler system that turns on together, controlled by its own valve.
- Controller / timer
- The box that schedules which zones run and for how long; smart ones adjust to weather.
- Valve / solenoid
- The electric valve that opens and closes to run a zone; the solenoid is the electric part that triggers it.
- Backflow preventer
- A required device that keeps irrigation water from flowing back into your drinking water.
- Drip / emitter
- Low-flow tubing and emitters that water beds and pots slowly, right at the roots.
- Rotor vs spray head
- Rotors throw a rotating stream for large areas; spray heads mist a fixed pattern for smaller ones.
