Do you charge for an estimate / quote?
Estimates are completely free with no obligation — we go over your move and give you the price up front. For bigger moves we do a quick in-home or video survey so it's accurate.
How much does a move cost?
It depends on the size of the move, the distance, and the date, so we go over the details and give you the price up front — with no surprises. The estimate is free.
How soon / can you do a last-minute move?
We do our best on short notice — tell me your date and the size of the place and I'll check what we have open. Summer and month-ends fill up fast, so sooner is better.
Do you do long-distance / out-of-state moves?
Yes — we handle long-distance and interstate moves, priced by weight and distance, and we'll give you a delivery window and the price up front.
Do you pack for me?
We do — full packing, partial packing for just the fragile or kitchen items, and unpacking too. We can also supply boxes and materials. We'll include it in your estimate.
Can you move a piano / safe / heavy item?
Yes — pianos, safes, pool tables, and other heavy specialty items are things we move with the right equipment. Let me know what it is and any stairs, and we'll plan for it.
Are my belongings insured / protected?
We protect your things with pads and wrapping, and we offer coverage options — basic and full-value protection — which we'll explain so you can choose what's right for you.
Do you offer storage?
Yes — we offer storage between your move-out and move-in if there's a gap. Just let us know roughly how long and we'll set it up.
Can I just hire labor to load/unload?
Absolutely — labor-only where you have the truck or container and we load or unload it. Tell me roughly how much and we'll give you a free estimate.
What can't you move?
For safety we can't transport hazardous items like propane, gasoline, oil, paint, chemicals, or ammunition, and usually not plants or perishables — please set those aside and we'll take everything else.
Do you do office or commercial moves?
Yes — office and commercial moves as well as homes, and we can work around your schedule to limit downtime. Tell me about the space and we'll set up an estimate.
Do you do junk removal or haul stuff away?
We do — we can haul away items you don't want as part of the move or on their own. Let me know roughly what you've got.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're licensed and insured, and for interstate moves we're federally registered. We're upfront about pricing so there are no surprises.
