Common problems we handle

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for an estimate or design consult?
The on-site consultation and estimate are free — our designer comes out, looks at your space, and gives you the exact price before any work is done.
How much does an outdoor kitchen cost?
It depends a lot on the size, the appliances, and the countertops you want, so we come out and give you an exact price for free — and you decide from there.
How soon can you start / come out?
We can usually get someone out to measure and design within a few days, and the technician will walk you through the timeline for your project.
Do you install built-in grills or swap out an old one?
Yes, we install new built-in grills and replace old ones, and we handle the gas and the cutout so it fits and runs safely.
Do you run the gas line for it?
Yes, we handle the gas line for outdoor kitchens, and the technician makes sure it's sized and pressure-tested correctly before it's used.
Do you do countertops, and what materials?
We do outdoor countertops in several weather-rated materials, and the designer will show you the options and give you a price for the one you like.
Can you add a pizza oven, sink, or fridge to my existing setup?
Absolutely — we can add a pizza oven, sink, fridge, or bar to what you already have, and we'll check what utilities need to be run first.
Do you do the masonry and stonework too?
Yes, the stone, brick, and masonry work is a big part of what we do, and it's all included in your on-site estimate.
Do you do commercial projects, like a restaurant patio?
Yes, we do commercial outdoor kitchens and bars as well as backyard ones, and we'll design it around your space and use.
What about my old or broken outdoor kitchen — can you remodel it?
For sure — we remodel and repair existing outdoor kitchens, and the technician will look at what you have and give you options and an exact price.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
We stand behind our work, and the technician will go over the exact warranty on the build and the appliances when he's out.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
That's a great question — let me have the office confirm the current payment and financing options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a designer scheduled to come out.
Do you need a permit for this?
Some of it can need a permit, especially the gas and electrical, and we handle that side for you — the technician will explain what your project needs.
