Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for an estimate?
The on-site consultation and estimate are free — a designer comes out, looks at your space, and gives you the exact price before any work is done.
How much does a pergola cost?
It depends on the size, the material, and whether it's a basic or motorized louvered pergola, so we come out and give you an exact price for free.
How soon can you build it?
We can usually get a designer out within a few days, and they'll walk you through the timeline for building your pergola.
What materials do you offer?
We build in wood, aluminum, and vinyl, and the designer will go over the look and upkeep of each so you can pick what fits — with a price for each.
Do you do the motorized louvered kind?
Yes, we install motorized louvered pergolas with a roof that opens and closes, and the designer can show you the options and give you a price.
Can it attach to my house or does it stand alone?
We do both — attached to the house or freestanding — and the designer will recommend what works best for your space.
My old pergola needs repair or refinishing
Yes, we repair and refinish pergolas, and the technician will look at it and give you an exact price to get it solid and looking good again.
Will it hold up to wind and snow?
We size and anchor pergolas for the loads in your area, and where needed we get them permitted and inspected so they hold up — the designer will explain.
Do I need a permit?
Many pergolas, especially roofed and louvered ones, need a permit, and we handle that for you — the designer will tell you what your project needs.
Do you do commercial pergolas?
Yes, we build commercial pergolas and shade structures as well as backyard ones, and we'll design it around your space.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our work, and the designer will go over the exact warranty on the build and any motorized parts when he's out.
Do you offer financing?
Good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment and financing options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a designer scheduled to come out.
