Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for an inspection or estimate?
Inspections and estimates are free — a technician comes out, takes a look, and gives you the exact price before any treatment.
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pest and the size of your place, so the technician inspects and gives you an exact price for free — and you decide from there.
How soon can you come out?
We can usually schedule quickly, and for urgent problems like a wasp nest or a rodent issue we often get someone out the same day.
Do you treat ants, roaches, and spiders?
Yes, those are some of our most common calls — the technician will identify what's going on and treat it, and give you the price first.
Do you handle mice and rats?
Yes, we handle rodents — we treat and also seal up the entry points so they stay out. The technician will inspect and give you an exact price.
Do you do bed bug treatment?
We do — bed bugs take a specialized treatment and sometimes a few visits, and the technician will inspect and lay out the plan and price.
Can you get rid of a wasp or bee nest?
Yes, and we treat stinging-insect nests quickly since they're near people — if anyone's been stung and is having a reaction, please call 911 first.
Do you treat mosquitoes in the yard?
Yes, we treat for mosquitoes and target the spots where they breed, often on a seasonal plan so your yard stays comfortable.
Do you do fleas and ticks?
We do — fleas and ticks usually need the home and yard treated together to break the cycle, and the technician will go over the plan and price.
Are the treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use products carefully and by the label, and the technician will tell you exactly how long to keep kids and pets off the treated areas so everyone's safe.
Do you offer recurring or quarterly plans?
Yes, we offer quarterly and recurring plans that treat pests through the seasons and help keep them from coming back — the technician will explain the options.
Do you do commercial pest control?
Yes, we service commercial properties as well as homes, and we can work around your hours and any health-code needs.
Do you guarantee it'll work?
We stand behind our service — if pests come back between treatments, we'll come back out. The technician will go over the exact guarantee for your plan.
Do you offer financing or payment options?
Good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a technician scheduled to come out.
⚠️ Safety first
- Allergic reaction to a sting (trouble breathing, throat/face swelling, faintness): This is an emergency — please call 911 right now, or use an epinephrine pen if they have one. Take care of them first; we'll handle the nest once everyone is safe.
- Worry about pesticide exposure to a child or pet: Please keep everyone and any pets away from that area, and get fresh air. If anyone swallowed something or feels unwell, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or 911 right away.
- Aggressive swarm of bees or wasps actively stinging: Please get everyone inside and away from the swarm and close the doors — don't swat at them. Once you're safe, we'll get a technician out to handle the nest.
- Heavy rodent droppings being cleaned up: Please don't sweep or vacuum the droppings dry, since that can stir up harmful dust — wear gloves, keep the area ventilated, and our technician can advise on safe cleanup.
