Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for an estimate or to come out?
Estimates are free — the plumber comes out, takes a look, and gives you the exact price before any work is done.
How much will it cost to fix?
It really depends on the job and the parts, so the plumber looks at it on site and gives you the exact price up front — and the estimate is free.
How soon can you come — same day or emergency?
We do same-day and emergency service, and we can usually have a plumber out to you within a couple of hours.
A pipe burst and water is everywhere — what do I do?
Turn off your main water shutoff right away to stop the flow, keep clear of any water near outlets, and we'll get a plumber headed to you fast.
I smell gas — can you help?
Please leave the house now and call 911 or your gas company from outside — don't touch any switches. Once it's safe, call us back and we'll take care of the line.
I have no hot water
We handle that all the time — the plumber will check the water heater and get your hot water back, and give you the price before any work.
My drain is clogged or backing up
No problem — the plumber will clear it and make sure it's flowing right. If it's backing up in more than one spot, let me know and we'll treat it as urgent.
Sewage is coming up in my tub or floor drain
Please keep everyone and pets away from it and stop running water in the house — it's a health hazard. I'll mark this urgent and get a plumber out to you.
My toilet won't flush or is running
We fix that often — the plumber will get it working right. If it's overflowing, turn the little valve at the base of the toilet clockwise to stop the water.
Do you install or replace water heaters, including tankless?
Yes, we repair, replace, and install water heaters including tankless units, and the plumber will size the right one and give you an exact price.
Do you fix or install faucets, sinks, and disposals?
Absolutely — faucets, sinks, disposals, and fixtures are everyday work for us, whether it's a repair or a new install.
Do you work on gas lines?
Yes, we repair and install gas lines, and it's done to code and pressure-tested for safety — but if you smell gas right now, please leave and call 911 or the gas company first.
Do you do repipes or fix water pressure?
Yes, we do repipes and handle water-pressure issues, and the plumber will look at your system and give you options with an exact price.
Do you do commercial plumbing?
Yes, we handle commercial plumbing as well as homes, and we can work around your hours.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind our work — the plumber will go over the exact warranty on your parts and labor when he's there.
Do you offer financing?
Good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment and financing options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a plumber headed your way.
