We work with tight timelines all the time — tell me your deadline and I'll find the earliest slot that gets it done in time.
What's included in the cleaning?
The full move-in clean — dust removal from every surface, interior windows, floors, cabinets, fixtures, bathrooms and kitchen, plus sticker and paint-speck removal. The technician confirms the exact scope for your space.
Do you remove the leftover debris and trash?
Yes, we handle construction debris and cleanup — just let us know roughly how much there is so we can plan and price it right.
Do you clean the windows and get the stickers off?
We do — interior windows, and we carefully remove manufacturer stickers, adhesive, and paint specks without scratching the glass.
Can you get grout haze and paint off the floors?
Yes, floor detailing is part of what we do — the technician will check the flooring type and go over what he can get off it.
Do you do rough cleans during the project too?
We do both — a rough clean while the work is still going, and the final detail clean at the end. Just tell us which phase you're in.
Do you do commercial build-outs?
Yes, we clean commercial build-outs and offices as well as homes — new stores, offices, and remodels.
Do you clean the vents and get rid of the dust in the air system?
We clean the vent covers and surfaces as part of the detail; if you want the ductwork itself cleaned out, the technician can talk you through that option.
Is the dust safe / do you use special equipment?
We use HEPA vacuums and proper dust-control so the fine construction dust is captured, not just pushed around — it's a big part of doing it right.
What's your guarantee if I'm not happy?
