Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for an estimate?
Estimates are free — we come measure the space, talk through the options, and give you the exact price before any work.
How much does a screen room or enclosure cost?
It depends on the size, the type, and the mesh you choose, so we measure it and give you the exact price up front — the estimate is free.
Can you just rescreen / fix my torn screens?
Absolutely — rescreening is quick and much cheaper than reframing, and we can replace one panel or all of them. We'll take a look and give you the exact price.
My pool cage was damaged in a storm
I'm sorry that happened — please keep clear of any bent or leaning framing, and we'll get a technician out to assess and repair it safely. Let's get that scheduled.
How soon can you come out?
We can usually get out to measure or repair fairly quickly — I'll find the earliest slot, and if it's storm damage I'll prioritize it.
Tiny bugs get through my screen — can you fix that?
Yes — there's a finer mesh made just for those tiny bugs, and we can rescreen with it so they stay out. The technician will go over the options.
Do you install motorized retractable screens?
We do — motorized retractable screens for porches, garages, and large openings. We'll measure and go over the choices with you.
Do you build new screened porches from scratch?
Yes, we build new screened porches and enclosures — with or without an existing roof over the space. We'll come look and design it with you.
Do you handle pet-resistant screen?
Yes — there's tougher pet-resistant screen for areas where dogs or cats push on it, and we can use that where you need it.
Do I need a permit in a hurricane area?
For larger enclosures in windy areas, sometimes yes — and we build to the current wind code and handle the permitting. We'll let you know exactly what yours needs.
Do you do commercial enclosures?
Yes, we do commercial screen enclosures and patios as well as homes — tell us about the space and we'll set up a measure.
What's your warranty?
We stand behind our work — the technician will go over the exact warranty on the screen and framing when he's out.
Do you offer financing?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a technician out to measure.
⚠️ Safety first
- Storm-damaged enclosure with bent, leaning, or collapsed framing: Please keep everyone clear of it and don't lean on or walk under the damaged section — bent aluminum framing can be unstable and shift. We'll get a technician out to assess and secure it safely.
- Collapsed pool cage over or near the pool: Please keep kids and pets away from the pool area with framing down in or around it, since there can be sharp edges and debris in the water. We'll get someone out to handle it safely.
- Loose or sharp aluminum panels in wind: If pieces are loose and it's still windy, keep clear so nothing blows into anyone — if it's an immediate danger, treat it as urgent. We'll get a technician out to secure it.
