Someone is breaking in / I feel unsafe right now
Your safety comes first — please get somewhere safe or leave and call 911 right now. We're an installer, not the police, so call 911 first, and we're here to help with your system afterward.
My alarm keeps beeping or chirping
That's a common one and usually an easy fix — a technician can find out why it's beeping and take care of it. Is it the main panel or a specific detector?
My system won't arm / shows a fault
No problem — the technician will get it armed and working again and give you the price before any repair. Does it name a zone or sensor that's the trouble?
My camera or doorbell isn't working
We can sort that out — the technician will check the camera, the power, and the connection and get it back online. Is it showing offline in the app?
Do you install cameras / video doorbells?
Yes — cameras, video doorbells, and full camera systems, wired or wireless. We'll design the coverage with you and give you an exact price.
Do you offer monitoring?
We do — we can set up professional monitoring that alerts a central station, or a self-monitored setup that alerts your phone. We'll go over both honestly so you pick what fits.
Do you install smart locks and smart-home devices?
Yes — smart locks, keypads, and integration with your smart-home setup. Tell us what you have and we'll make it all work together.
Do you work with my existing system / brand?
Often, yes — we can service, upgrade, or add to many existing systems. If you know the brand, share it and we'll let you know at the visit.
Do you do business / commercial security?
Yes — commercial alarms, cameras, and access control for businesses, as well as home systems. We'll come assess the building and design the coverage.
Do you require a long contract?
We'll go over the options honestly — including what does and doesn't require a monitoring agreement — so you're never locked into something that doesn't fit. The office can explain the details.
Do you install smoke and CO detectors?
Yes, we install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and can tie them into your system so you're alerted. The technician will go over placement.
What's your warranty?
We stand behind our installs — the technician will go over the exact warranty and service options when he's out.
