⚠️ Safety first
- Caller is handling cut, damaged, or loose sheet metal: Please wear gloves and go slow — cut metal edges are razor sharp and cause nasty cuts. If a piece is heavy or awkward, it's best to leave it for our technician.
- A large panel or roofing sheet is loose and could fall or catch the wind: Please keep everyone clear of it and don't try to muscle it yourself — a big panel can shift, fall, or catch the wind. We'll get a technician out to secure it safely.
- Someone has a deep cut and is bleeding badly: Please apply firm pressure with a clean cloth, and if it's a deep cut or won't stop bleeding, call 911 — your safety comes first and we'll handle the metal.
- Loose metal or panel near a walkway, in wind, or over an entry: Please rope off or keep people away from underneath it for now, and we'll prioritize getting a technician out to secure it.
