Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for a consultation or estimate?
The consultation and estimate are completely free — the technician comes out, measures, goes over your options, and gives you the exact price before any work.
How much does a sunroom cost?
It really depends on the size, the type of room, and the glass you choose, so the technician measures on site and gives you an exact price up front — and the consultation is free.
What's the difference between three-season and four-season?
Great question — a three-season room is lighter and best in the warmer months, and a four-season room is fully insulated and heated to use year-round. The technician will help you pick the right one for how you'll use it.
Can you enclose my patio or porch?
Yes — enclosing an existing patio or porch is one of the most popular things we do, and the technician can show you screen and glass options on site.
My sunroom is leaking when it rains
I'm sorry, that's frustrating — the technician will find where the water's getting in and get it sealed up right; the estimate is free.
The glass is foggy / moisture between the panes
No problem — the technician will look at the glass and go over the best way to take care of it and give you the exact price.
The room gets way too hot or too cold
That's a common one — the technician can look at the glass and insulation and go over options to make it more comfortable year-round.
Do you replace sunroom windows or glass?
Yes, we replace sunroom windows and glass panels, and if any glass is broken please keep people clear of it until the technician gets there.
Do you do repairs or only new builds?
We do both — full new sunrooms and repairs on existing ones like leaks, glass, screens, and drafts.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, we take care of the permits and build to your local codes — the technician will go over that as part of the plan.
How long does it take to build?
It varies with the size and type of room, and the technician will give you a clear timeline along with your exact price after measuring.
What's your warranty?
We stand behind our work — the technician will go over the workmanship warranty and the glass and frame warranties when he's there.
Do you offer financing?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current financing options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and set up a free consultation.
⚠️ Safety first
- Cracked or shattered glass: Let's keep everyone safe — please keep people and pets away from the broken glass and don't touch it, and we'll get a technician out to replace it and clean it up.
- Roof panel, gutter, or a section sagging or pulling away: Thanks for telling me — please stay out from under that area so nothing falls on anyone, and we'll get a technician out to look at it right away.
- Heavy snow load on a glass or panel roof: Please don't go underneath or up on it — if the roof is heavily loaded and you're worried it could give way, keep everyone out of the room, and we'll get a technician out to assess it safely.
