Estimates are completely free β our technician comes out, looks at your tank, and gives you the exact price before any work is done.
How much to clean a water tank?
It depends on the size of the tank and how much buildup there is, so the technician gives you the exact price on site before any work β and the estimate is free.
How often should a water tank be cleaned?
Many drinking-water tanks are cleaned and sanitized about once a year, but it depends on your tank and water β the technician can recommend the right schedule.

β οΈ Safety first
- Caller is about to, or wants to, climb inside the tank: Please don't go inside the tank β even an open one can have low oxygen or trapped gases and it's genuinely dangerous. Our trained crew is set up to do that safely, so leave it to us.
- Drinking water looks or smells contaminated, or a test failed: Until it's cleaned and cleared, please don't drink or cook with that water β use bottled to be safe. We'll get a crew out to clean and disinfect it.
- Someone felt dizzy, faint, or overcome near or inside a tank: Please get them out into fresh air right away, and if they don't recover quickly call 911 β tank gases are serious. Don't let anyone else go near it, and we'll handle the tank.
- Possible sewage or chemical cross-contamination of the water: Please stop using that water entirely for now and keep people and pets away from it. We'll get someone out to inspect, clean, and disinfect it as soon as we can.
